Yoga to calm the mind
Sit in a simple position (Turkish sit) or on a chair with your feet on the floor, place your right hand on your right knee. Block the left nostril with your thumb. Breathe slowly and deeply through the right nostril only, eyes closed. Focus on your breath for 3 minutes. Sit up straight, take a few deep breaths and relax.
