Are you under permanent stress and you don’t even know it?
Stop, take a breath. Shake yourself…
Today I was preparing a class for my VIP client, we are working together on stress management and lower back pain. I choose an exercise for her and think to myself, “It’s a good thing I’m not a manager, so much stress, at least I don’t have to work on this”.
Then I look at the clock, it’s too much, I can’t keep up again, I have so many things to do, oh yeah, they hit me.
Then I remember how I kept telling one child to hurry the hell up, otherwise we’d be late for school, and running to kindergarten with the other child, eating breakfast on the run… etc.
Aha… Stop… I may not be a manager, but I’m under constant stress.
Stopping this and realizing the tension is the first step.
What’s my priority? Mine is: inner peace.
So I’m going to do the exercise I prepared for the manager.
The easiest way to get rid of tension in the whole body.
