How to get rid of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us

How do we get rid of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us?

Let me tell the story of how I got rid of situations I was ashamed of and how I overcame old patterns that were no longer benefiting me.
A long time ago, when I took my first Kundalini Yoga teacher training, I came to class after a theater party.

There was alcohol around me and I kept falling asleep during meditation.
After the class, the teacher came to me and said: „Lenka, you need some discipline.” I told him no, thank you. I found the discipline quite boring.
I was proud of myself for even getting into the class.

But he didn’t give up and continued, „Do you have situations in your life that keep repeating and bothering you?”
I had to admit, YES.

„If you want to change something, you have to start doing things differently, you have to learn to react differently. And that takes discipline. You can’t expect to change if you don’t change anything.”

I really hated those situations I was experiencing and felt ashamed about them. So I started practicing Kundalini Yoga more regularly.

In the beginning it required a bit of discipline, but gradually I fell in love with the feelings I experience in yoga, so much so that I don’t have to force myself to do yoga; on the contrary, I get more nervous when I can’t practice. 😆

I want to do for you what my teacher did for me.

To create an individual Kundalini Yoga program for you, tailored to your difficult situations, so that you can let go of what is no longer benefiting you and live more joyfully, with love for yourself and for life.
